They describe the website and how paid work is quoted. A written proposal or other signed engagement controls the services, fees, and commercial terms of that work. If that document and this page differ, the signed engagement controls.
Using this website
You may read the site, book a strategy call, and send the contact form for a genuine inquiry. Please do not submit unlawful material, impersonate someone else, or interfere with the site.
Browsing the site, sending the form, or booking a call does not by itself create a contract for paid work.
Services and proposals
AGvera Solutions provides Google Ads management, including Search ads, Shopping and Performance Max, conversion tracking, reporting, account audits, campaign setup, and ongoing management.
Work is quoted. A written proposal sets the services included, the management fee, and the related commercial terms. An engagement includes only what that proposal states.
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of their offers and landing pages, for the rights to their site and ad account, and for paying Google’s invoices for ad spend. Google decides whether to approve an ad, a product, or an account.
Fees and ad spend
Google bills the ads account for media spend. AGvera LLC bills the management fee stated in the written proposal. They are separate charges. Paying one does not pay the other.
Software or other third-party costs are not part of the management fee unless the proposal says they are. This website does not take payment or store card details.
Advertising results
AGvera Solutions does not guarantee impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, leads, return on ad spend, or a particular cost per result. Results depend on the offer, the website, competition, budget, measurement, Google’s policies, and the ad auction.
Independent of Google
AGvera Solutions is an independent agency operated by AGvera LLC. It is not Google and does not speak for Google. This site does not display a Google Partner badge. Google and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC, used here to name the services we work in.
Messages you send
You are responsible for what you submit. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or government identifiers. The privacy policy describes how inquiry information is handled.
Our materials
The text, design, and logo of this website belong to AGvera LLC. Please do not copy them to present another business. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Liability and governing terms
Liability for paid work, and the law and venue that apply to it, are those stated in the written engagement, together with any rule that applicable law does not allow the parties to change. This page does not set a dollar cap and does not waive a right that applicable law keeps in place.
This website describes our services. It is not legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Changes
AGvera LLC may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. A change here does not change an engagement that is already signed.
