This policy describes the public website of AGvera Solutions, operated by AGvera LLC, at agverasolutions.com. A signed services agreement may also cover account information used in that work. The agreement controls that engagement.

Information we collect
The contact form collects the information you choose to send:
- Your name
- Your work email
- Your website
- Your message
The form also contains a field labeled “Leave this field empty.” It is a spam check. Please leave it blank.
Please do not send passwords, one-time login codes, payment card numbers, bank details, or copies of identity documents through the form.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to read and respond to questions about our Google Ads services, and to consider or carry out an engagement you request. Sending the form does not by itself create a contract or start paid work.
Hosting, forms, and scheduling
This website is hosted on Netlify. Contact-form submissions are delivered through Netlify Forms to AGvera Solutions. Netlify may also process technical information connected with hosting and form delivery, such as the time of a submission, under Netlify’s privacy policy.
If you book a strategy call, you leave this website for Calendly at calendly.com/agvera/agvera-strategy-call. Information you enter there is handled under Calendly’s privacy policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
The code of this website does not include marketing analytics or advertising pixels, and it does not set a marketing cookie. Hosting, form delivery, and scheduling services may still process technical data under their own policies.
We do not sell personal information from this website, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond, to provide the services you ask for, and to meet applicable legal obligations. This policy does not set a fixed number of months. Hosting and form logs are kept according to the provider’s practices.
How we protect it
We use safeguards appropriate to a public business website, including care in who can read inquiry messages. Transmission and storage over the internet are not perfectly secure.
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information collected through this website by emailing contact@AGveraSolutions.com. We handle those requests as required by applicable law. You may also use the contact form.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page. A change here does not change a services agreement that is already signed.
